Directly to your school's own bank account. Karo never holds school funds.
＋Do we need our own M-Pesa paybill?
No. Parents simply choose M-Pesa at checkout and pay; no paybill setup is needed from the school. The money settles directly into your school's own bank account. If your school already has a paybill, it can keep running alongside Karo, and payments made there can be recorded in Karo as manual payments so your ledger stays complete.

Karo prints branded invoices with the same pay link and QR code, so families without WhatsApp still get billed, still pay by M-Pesa, mobile money or card, and still reconcile automatically.
